The real estate market continues to be a "seller's market but due to the rise is interest  rates we see a bit of softening in the crazy appreciation that has occured over the last few years. Money is still relatively cheap compared to historical numbers but consumers have been spoiled for a long time with low rates. We pride ourselves on being honest and good listeners and try to cater to our clients wants and needs. if you are a seller, we have multiple ways to save you money and get you the most for your home.  But we are also good with buyers in negotiating the best price or terms that make the most sense. Sometimes it is closing cost you need or want or just working out the best timeline to buy or get the process started.  

With all the  technology and online resources we try to reduce risk and simplify the process of buying or selling a home.  We have cameras and software that will allow consumers to view listings 24-7 and even measure a space or look at the ceiling or floor as long you want.  Our focus is on helping buyers and seller with all their real estate needs in Ventura County, southern Kern County and northern LA county.  We are licensed state wide but focus on the areas above because of knowledge base and driving distance to places we live work and play.  Both Jacki and I love the outdoors. Her family is more into the offroad vehicles and RV camping where I am into mountain biking and tent camping.
